Role: Psychology or Sociology Lecturer
Start date: April 2026, Permanent
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Days and hours of work: Full Time
Experience, Training qualifications needed:
* Evidence of planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for post-16 learners.
* Degree (or equivalent) in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
* A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS) or willingness to work towards.
* A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Pay and other benefits: Salary: £26,864 up to £32,114
