About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will support the continued growth of the business by attracting, engaging and hiring top talent across our UK and US teams. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership, take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our company values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business units
* Sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates through multiple channels
* Managing candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process
* Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding processes
* Maintaining recruitment data and reporting metrics
* Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with company values
* Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
About You

Required Skills and Experience
* Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneouslyAbility to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
