What You’ll Do:
* Build and develop long-term client relationships through networking, business development, and marketing
* Headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates, understanding their ambitions, skills, and experience
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement and aftercare
* Source, interview, and shortlist C-suite and executive-level talent
* Negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process
* Build and maintain market-leading databases within your specialist sectors
* Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth
Training & Development:
We invest heavily in your success. Through the My Recruitment Career Academy, you’ll receive a structured blend of on-the-job and classroom-based training, bespoke e-learning, and one-to-one coaching. Our goal is to support your progression from graduate consultant through to eventually running your own business unit.

Salary & Benefits:
* Base salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per year(Starting Salary)
* Additional pay: Commission, bonuses, performance incentives, and quarterly rewards
