YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT

* Work alongside a dedicated HR team within the BBC, learning the ins and outs of their processes.
* Provide support to colleagues and contribute to making the BBC a great place to work.
* Assist with day‑to‑day HR tasks, which will vary depending on the team you are placed into.
* Develop strong communication and organisation skills, which will set you up perfectly for a career in HR or allow you to transfer these skills to another area.

You’ll study for your industry‑recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on‑ and off‑the‑job. This means you’ll spend at least one day a week studying for a Level 3 Human Resources Support apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform.

YOUR SKILLS AND ELIGIBILITY
