* Salary: £11.63 - £12.07 per hour, depending on qualifications
* Additional sleep-in duties paid at £64.18 per night
* Hours: As and when required (evenings and weekends)

About The Role
As a Break Support Worker, you’ll work hands-on daily with young people in our children’s homes. Some young people require additional support due to trauma-related behaviors. Our solo children’s homes provide these individuals with the attention they need to thrive.
You’ll build trusting relationships with the young people, act as a positive role model, and support them in overcoming trauma and developing their identity. Patience, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience are essential.
You must complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare within 24 months of starting, which Break will fund, supported by our training team. A full, valid manual driving license is also required.
