The Associate Digital Designer’s role is to support the design team and the wider Gartner C-level Communities (GCC) organization in multiple stages of a project - from concept to creation. Working on a variety of media - including digital platforms - you will be responsible for helping grow the GCC branding and storytelling to a C-Level audience.
What you’ll do
* Produce attractive and effective concepts for singular assets, keeping within the brief and predefined brand guidelines
* Research, source and refine imagery for use in a plethora of mediums and formats
* Populate various set templates to high standard in a timely manner
* Maintain and update asset libraries to aid efficiency for other team members
* Communicate with senior members to receive feedback and critique
* Prepare design files and documents for export and delivery
What you’ll need
* Bachelor's Degree in design, graphic arts, interactive media or similar creative field preferred
* 1-3 years in a design discipline
* Experience with Apple computers
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Ability to design in both digital and print mediums
* Understanding of typography, layout and color
* Confidence to take part in each step of the design process as a team or with design supervision
* Meet deadlines set on singular projects by the Art Director

Salary
Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 45,000 USD - 60,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
