Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities within the Net Zero ecosystem, developing compelling value propositions that solve real customer problems while delivering commercial viability. Investigate how aspects of the current offering of The Electric Car Scheme can be improved / optimised. Take full ownership of the "0 to 1" lifecycle for new initiatives, leading the initial rollout, managing the prototype, MVP, and launch phases to validate product-market fit before scaling. Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across the Auto, Energy, and Net Zero sectors. Build the supply chain and commercial relationships required to bring new propositions to life. Conduct rigorous market research and financial modelling to structure pricing, unit economics, and revenue models.\Act as the interim "Business Owner" for new propositions, coordinating efforts across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product/Tech to ensure successful launches without friction. Lead initial customer discovery and early sales efforts for new lines to gather direct feedback and use this insight to pivot or refine the offering rapidly. Track the success of launched propositions against commercial KPIs (conversion, margin, uptake) and operational metrics, ensuring we meet our growth objectives and scaling targets. Present business cases and progress updates to the Founders and executive team, articulating the vision and progress of new ventures, securing necessary resources and alignment. About you: Proven experience in Proposition Design, Strategy, Commercial Product, or a "Founder Associate" style role in a high-growth environment. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing partnerships and external vendors (ideally in Auto, Energy, or Net Zero sectors). Experience launching new products or business lines from scratch (0 to 1 experience). Analytical skills with the ability to model unit economics and assess commercial viability. A "General Manager" mindset: you are comfortable wearing multiple hats—from strategy and sales to operations—to get a new business line off the ground. Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
