As a Senior Product Manager in the Samsung UK Services team your primary focus is driving the growth of Samsung Care propoistion, D2C and B2B device care. You will be the centre point for Samsung Care in the UK and will also collaborate with the European and Global service functions, driving partner engagement, product playbook and customer journeys.
The Services team are part of the wider UK Mobile Experience - Product Management and Marketing organisation. Our Senior Product Managers are both the engine and the driver of our services, happy to bounce between strategy, operations and delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
1. Be customer centric
2. Optimise consumer journeys to maximise Samsung Care+ attach to all mobile products
3. Focus on optimizing the customer experience of Care+ across key channels (Samsung.com, Samsung Experience Stores, Sales Portal)
4. Work with the marketing and communications teams to inform all consumer touch points and ensure continuity in the experience throughout the customer life cycle
5. Identify, test and implement new service opportunities either self initiated or as part of international collaboration on behalf of the UK
6. Drive momentum of Samsung Care+ through team members and partners
7. Be the centre of Samsung Care+ knowledge for the business including product roadmap and operational processes
8. Build strong and fruitful cross-team relationships, including Samsung HQ (Suwon), European office and internal UK teams
9. Leverage our Insurance partner’s expertise commercially, operationally, regulatory and otherwise and ensure compliance with FCA
10. Drive and hold to account key sales channels to deliver against shared targets, actively managing and calling out risks and challenges
11. Data driven decision making
12. Use data to monitor performance, forecast and adjust course, as well as spot trends and risks as they appear
13. Use commercial insight to inform decision making on product positioning and offers/campaigns
14. Report on performance and planning week on week
15. Maintain and administrate the propositions
16. Support delivery of Knox Product proposition across the B2B function
17. Technical implementation and maintenance of new Samsung Care+ and Knox products
18. Work with cross functional teams to maintain the service (finance, customer service, legal etc)

19. Sustain and optimise the current product strategy for Care+
20. Delivery of core Key Performance Indicators set for 2026 and beyond
21. Building strong relationships across insurance provider
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role
22. We are particularly interested in those who have worked in customer centric roles for organisations such as FinTech, InsureTech, Mobile-led ecommerce and innovative telecoms environments
23. Proven Product Management experience of digital first products
24. Shown experience working on consumer focused applications or products
25. Demonstrable experience of driving significant results through 3rd parties/partners year on year
26. Extensive knowledge of using data to underpin decision making
27. Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment
28. Experience in executing test, learn and deploy initiatives
29. Excellent relationship management skills
30. Resilient under pressure with a challenger mentality
31. Commercially minded and growth focused
32. Ability to work independently and productively in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
33. Able to present to senior audiences in a clear and concise manner
34. Customer journey mapping
35. Fundamentals of data manipulation and deriving insights
36. Forecasting based on sellout and past performance
37. Product performance analysis
38. Existing knowledge of the insurance market preferable
39. Existing knowledge of ecommerce desirable
