Your role:
As the Nursery Area Manager for the Cheshire region, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all nurseries under your leadership deliver exceptional care and education. * Understanding and implementing the Local Authority funding model to its fullest potential.
* Collaborating with local councils to ensure smooth operational processes and systems.
* Developing and refining policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
* Leading impactful training sessions for management and nursery teams, ensuring continuous development.
* Monitoring nursery progress and aligning it with national priorities.
* Leading managers' meetings, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
* Championing equality, diversity, and inclusion across all nurseries.
* Ensuring all managers align with the values and objectives of the nursery group.
* Spearheading self-evaluations and quality assurance processes to maintain excellence.
