Sales Manager
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £30,000 basic + realistic bonus potential (OTE £60,000+)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6:30pm (1 late shift/week: 12pm-9pm), Sat 9am-6pm, alt. Sun 10am-5pm
An established automotive business is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Chelmsford. This role focuses on delivering finance and insurance solutions while supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer tailored finance and insurance options
2. Support sales team in structuring deals
3. Manage finance applications and approvals
4. Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
5. Assist with vehicle handovers
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager OR Business Manager in the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Detail-oriented and confident working to targets
4. Familiar with finance systems and Excel
