As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Digital Marketing strategy, executing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company's acquisition efforts, including SEO & PPC, and developing innovative ways to market our business and services.
You will work with an external Marketing Agency to maximize ROI across all channels including affiliate marketing and app promotion.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's goals, ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of milestones.
2. Expand and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
3. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
4. Maintain relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
6. Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting related to acquisitions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
7. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging copy, messages, and designs.
8. Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and meet KPIs.
9. Keep abreast of latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
10. Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics regularly.
11. Contribute creative ideas and drive innovative campaign concepts.
12. Utilize data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
13. Negotiate terms and resolve conflicts to secure favorable agreements and maintain positive relationships.
14. Manage budgets and financial forecasts effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
15. Lead teams with integrity, aligning decisions with the organisation's vision and mission.
16. Communicate effectively, engaging with all levels within the organisation and external partners.
17. Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization is advantageous.
18. Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus.
