Inspire, Support, and Change Lives We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant to work full-time in a specialist education setting near Dorchester. This is an immediate start role supporting pupils aged 7 to 18 who require tailored, consistent support to thrive both academically and emotionally. Students are supported with a range of needs, including: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Attachment and behavioural needs Your Role Provide 1:1 and small group support Help pupils manage emotions and behaviour positively Support engagement with learning activities Build trusting, meaningful relationships Working hours: 8.45am to 3.45pm Some weekday end times may vary What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN Patient, empathetic, and confident supporting challenging behaviour A proactive and positive attitude A full UK driving licence is essential due to the school’s location Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
