Role Purpose
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. Follow good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead from the front to ensure a safe turnaround of the arrival and departure of aircraft. Experience in this role is required
* Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures at all times
* Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
* Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation
* Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight
* Use radios at all times for communication
