Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Retail & Etail Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Global Head of Retail to drive growth across our retailer and etailer accounts. The main goal is to achieve financial targets, strengthen our brand presence, and support the projected growth of this dynamic channel within our luxury market portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset, with the ability to leverage marketing activations to meet ambitious goals. They should be organized, numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in designated accounts.
3. Conduct financial analyses and support retail strategies to boost sales.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the business positively.
5. Coordinate with Marketing and Brand teams on promotional initiatives.
6. Manage relationships with retail and etail accounts.
7. Implement customer and joint business plans to meet targets, including activities like GWPS, sampling, and NPD launches.
8. Create and update product listings.
9. Monitor annual budgets monthly and report to the Global Head of Retail.
10. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and insights for growth.
11. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent management.

1. Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
2. Experience managing accounts.
3. Marketing planning experience.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
6. Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
7. Attention to detail.
8. Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
9. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
