YoullberesponsibleforkeepingsystemsrunningsmoothlywhilealsohelptheschooltogetthemostoutofitsICT.Fromsupportingstaffandstudentstomaintaininghardwareandapplications,yourworkwilldirectlycontributetocreatinganeffectivelearningenvironment.
Keyresponsibilities:
ActasthemainonsitecontactforIT,providingresponsive1st/2ndlinesupporttostaffandstudents
Troubleshootandresolvetechnicalissuesacrossdesktops,laptops,tablets,printers,projectors,AVequipmentandmore
Install,configureandupgradehardwareandsoftwareacrosstheschoolnetwork
Supportandmaintaincoresystems,withastrongfocusonMicrosoftOffice365andcommonlyusededucationapplications
