Café Operations Manager
Fulham Green, Putney Bridge
£30,000 plus salary review after 3 to 6 months
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
No evenings. No weekends.
We are partnering with a luxury property development company launching a brand new café within one of their vibrant commercial estates in Putney Bridge.
This is not a typical high street café role. This is a stand alone opportunity to take full ownership of a new concept within a beautiful, professional environment.
You will have the autonomy to shape the offering, build relationships with office occupiers and create a space people genuinely enjoy spending time in.
If you enjoy responsibility, independence and being the face of a space, this is a rare opportunity to run your own operation within a premium setting.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the daily running of the café, based primarily within the estate's main building, with occasional support across a second building on site.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will oversee operations, customer experience, stock management and standards, with the freedom to make the space your own.
Key Responsibilities
Running the café smoothly and independently day to day
Creating a welcoming, high quality experience for office occupiers and visitors
Managing stock levels, ordering and basic cost control
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and presentation standards
Acting as the main on site contact for the café
Supporting estate events and busier periods when required
About You
You may currently be a Café Supervisor, Assistant Manager or an experienced Barista ready to step into a leadership role.
Most importantly, you will be:
Comfortable running a café independently
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Confident interacting with professionals in a corporate environment
Genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer experience
