Job role: Respond to emergency calls from our clients who are in possession of our alarms and also our social care clients. Provide immediate care and advice via the pendant alarm or phone before attending in person, providing first aid or basic life support until paramedics arrive. Maintain accurate records of incidents and treatments. Participate in regular training and skill refreshers. Training will be given (FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care qualification)). A First Aid certification would be beneficial initially, though not essential. You need: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.
