THE ROLE The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive will be the following: * Handle customer enquiries and orders in line with company policies and procedures (including orders, quotes, invoices, dispatch, and email/telephone enquiries). * Accurately process orders through our Warehouse Management System. * Liaise with couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. * Provide proactive support to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations. * Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team by supporting daily functions.
