A confidential opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor ready to take the next step into a leadership role. This Associate Director position is based in Leeds, joining an established and growing team delivering high-quality surveying services across a broad range of commercial and residential projects.
You’ll be stepping into a senior role with real responsibility — leading projects, building client relationships, and playing a key part in expanding the team’s regional presence. You’ll also have the backing of a high-performing office with a strong pipeline of instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver a variety of building surveying commissions across sectors
Carry out building surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations
Manage contract administration, project delivery and feasibility work
Act as Principal Designer under CDM where required
Support fee generation through existing and new client relationships
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development Requirements:
MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
Proven experience in professional and project work
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Full UK driving licence Package:
