Salary: L5 - L10 £57,137 - £64,691
Contract: full-time, permanent

Role purpose
An enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Head of Maths is required to join a stable and supportive department at St Mary's. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a candidate who is eager to be part of an organisation committed to securing the very highest educational standards for students. The Maths Department is established and collaborative, but outcomes are in need of significant and rapid improvement. We are therefore seeking someone with the skills, experience and determination to drive the team forward and deliver the improvements our students deserve. They will lead from the front, working closely with Maths colleagues, senior leaders, the Maths Hub and HFCMAT to build capacity and secure sustainable improvements.
