You will be instrumental in maintaining Sodexo's performance, ensuring all contractual parameters within Schedules 14, 16, and 18 are met or exceeded, particularly within Soft Services. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to serve as a key communication link between operational leads, Sodexo teams, the Trust, and ProjectCo, fostering strong, collaborative relationships that drive service excellence and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Provide administrative support to Heads of Service (HoS) and Operational Leads, including managing schedules and correspondenceCoordinate and support meetings, including booking facilities, preparing materials, and following up on action itemsManage travel and hotel bookings for team members and visitors, ensuring smooth arrangementsMaintain and update reports, databases, and documentation systems such as SharePoint, Power BI, and SmartSheetSupport site visitors by coordinating itineraries, liaising with Service Managers, and ensuring high standards of hospitality.
