SnapSea is a Visual Marketing platform based in London that helps destinations, tourist boards, and hospitality brands source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for use in marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a client-facing role at a software company
* Experience in a sales, customer success or account management role
* Experience with SaaS
The Role
* Work with our wonderful clients to understand their initiatives and goals
* Organise and lead customer workshops and webinars
* Become a product expert to ensure clients effectively navigate the platform
* Support renewals and upsells of existing customers
* Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
* Work closely with cutting-edge technologies developed by our London-based team
* Iterate on innovative ideas for the next generation of travel technology
* Reporting directly to the CEO
