About the Role: You will support a department led by two Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, gaining hands-on experience across corporate and personal insolvency cases from cradle to grave. You’ll manage a portfolio of cases with supervision and be involved in all stages – from initial instruction and investigation through to closure. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Handling CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and IVAs from start to finish Managing statutory duties in accordance with insolvency law and best practice Using IPS (Turnkey) to manage cases efficiently and accurately Asset recovery including liaising with agents, closing bank accounts, and chasing trade debtors Investigating trading activities and identifying opportunities for recovery or misconduct Drafting clear, professional reports and correspondence for creditors, employees, and stakeholders Maintaining excellent client and third-party communication throughout the process What We’re Looking For: 2 years' experience in an insolvency administrator role Accounting knowledge with an understanding of statutory deadlines and insolvency processes Exposure to CVLs and MVLs from start to finish highly desirable CPI or CII (ICAEW) qualification (or working towards) is advantageous Good working knowledge of IPS, Word & Excel Excellent written and verbal communication – confident yet empathetic when dealing with distressed clients A proactive and organised approach, with strong attention to detail and initiative Job Ref: EN835 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
