Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery and Preschool – Level 2 Practitioner. Salary: £28,080 – £28,932 per annum (dependent on qualification(s) and experience). Location: Guildford, Surrey.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner you will:
* Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support their development toward key milestones.
* Create a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves, use their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver daily learning programmes in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that meets safeguarding and child protection standards.
* Foster strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers through regular communication and meetings.
* Document observations, progress and assessments to support individual learning plans.
* Collaborate with senior staff to review and improve practice.
Qualifications
* Full Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating inclusive, fun learning environments.
* Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection principles.
* Good communication skills and ability to build trust with colleagues and families.
