We’re working with a respected independent broker seeking a Commercial Account Executive to take on and grow a well-established portfolio of corporate clients, currently generating around £308,000 in income. The book includes clients across construction, manufacturing, hotels, property, and motor fleet, with 4–5 key clients contributing over £100k.This is a client-focused role with a strong emphasis on relationship management, retention, and strategic renewal planning. While primarily focused on servicing, there’s flexibility to tailor the role for those interested in growing a smaller £200k book through new business opportunities.The business will consider candidates based in Leicester, Northampton, or Milton Keynes, and offers the autonomy to manage your own diary with regional travel as needed.We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive with a strong understanding of mid-corporate risks and the commercial insurance market. You’ll be consultative, self-motivated, and confident in delivering tailored solutions while remaining compliant with FCA and Consumer Duty standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, client-driven team managing a quality book with long-standing relationships.
