Could you make a difference? Locala Community Nursing teams work across Kirklees providing district nursing care for adult patients within their home including care homes. We provide a range of nursing care to patients who are housebound and unable to be supported within a clinic or practice. Our teams provide excellent care to their patients and support them to maximise their independence by promoting self-care. As part of our commitment to continually improve our Community Nursing services, opportunities have arisen to enhance our teams. The Senior Nurse role is integral role within our teams, delivering excellent nursing care whilst supporting colleagues with their practice and professional development.
