We are a family run business that is obsessed with creating the tastiest food in town and we work with amazing local producers that share our vision and ethos to achieve this. Set up in 2015 by the four Crouch bros, CSONS was founded upon a massive passion for incredible, globally inspired food and a huge respect for the quality and abundance of tip top local ingredients right on our doorstep. Couple this with the drive and work ethic to consistently deliver this vision through providing exceptional service and you'll and it's no wonder we now have 3 of the most popular and respected restaurants in Shropshire. The Role & you

We're looking for the right person, so will consider taking on a CDP or Junior Sous level chef and you'll be renumerated accordingly depending on your experience and skill level.

If you're reading this then you should already have some professional kitchen experience and understand what's expected in this mid level role. You should also be hungry for success, growth and developing yourself into the best chef you can be. Our busy, top rated restaurants showcase a huge diversity of styles and techniques and the team is pretty awesome too. * We believe in work life balance and as such only open for supper on Friday and Saturday nights, plus the odd event on Thursdays. The rest of the week it's just breakfast and lunch, so minimal evenings and very rare splits.

* We've put together a pretty decent list of perks;

* Tips fully shared across the whole team based on hours worked – can be up to £1.50 extra per hour As a full timer you can expect around £3k on top of your normal salary.

* Profit share – After your first six months with us you will be eligible for our profit share bonus scheme. Every year you stay with us you'll take a bigger share, so you can grow with us *Peaks at five years. Long serving full timers will receive around £1500 this year.

* 29 days Holiday – Coz we give you an extra one on your Birthday *(includes bank holidays, pro rata based on hours worked)

* A meal for 2 with a bottle of bubbles on us to celebrate your Birthday. *At one of our restaurants obviously

* 30% off your total bill once a month * Valid as long as you're part of the group (up to six people).

* 10% discount as many times as you want it

* The yearly big staff adventure day.
