Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you will:
Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
Support the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and conducting interviews.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organisational goals.
Manage employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A solid understanding of HR best practises and employment law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience in a similar HR role is preferred, especially within the rail or transport sectors.
