Vehicle Technician Needed in Worcestershire
1. Salary: Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on experience)
2. Location: Worcester
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (NO weekends!)

Roles and Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
13. Conduct detailed electronic service inspection reports.
14. Utilise diagnostic testing equipment and manufacture tooling to deliver first-time fix diagnostic evaluations.
15. Undertake high-quality repairs efficiently.
16. Communicate with Front of House Advisors for technical feedback.
17. Work directly with the business owner.
18. Enter Top Garage and Top Technician competitions.
What's required from you as a Vehicle Technician?:
19. At least 5 years of previous experience in a vehicle workshop.
20. Relevant motor vehicle technician qualifications.
21. Own foundational tools and toolbox (special tools provided).
22. Familiarity with German brands like VW/Audi Group, Mercedes & BMW is advantageous.
23. Ability to produce high-quality workmanship under pressure and support peers.
