Seeking an ambitious ECT to teach across KS4/5 (academic and vocational) pathways. You will teach Business Studies and possibly vocational courses (e.g., BTEC) across KS4/5. Your induction will focus heavily on assessment methodology, curriculum differentiation for mixed-ability groups, and preparing students for the rigors of external examinations and vocational assignments. Experience and Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or expected QTS by January 2026. Relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related vocational field.
