About The Role
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Full Time
Baggage Services Agent – Lost & Found Requirements:
1. To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner
2. Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given
3. Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline’s policy
4. Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions
5. Exemplary customer service skills and professional attitude
6. Candidate must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and be professional in all communications
7. Ad hoc Passenger Service Agent duties as required
8. Previous experience in similar position is a plus
