The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Student nurses and midwives who are due to qualify in 2025 to join our award winning NHS Lanarkshire Neonatal team
The post holder will assist the Senior Charge Midwife or Charge Midwife/Nurse in the overall delivery high quality evidence based family centred care. You will be involved in providing both individualised patient care and in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care within all areas of the neonatal unit, ensuring compliance with NHS Lanarkshire’s policy and procedures and maintaining statutory requirements in accordance with the NMC. What we'll need you to bring
1. Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
2. The post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative
3. Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Working knowledge of basic information technology

Location
This role will be based in Neonatal within University Hospital Wishaw.
