Over 6 months, we will equip you with the tools to become a Head Chef who will:

* Manage food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
* Ensure your team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
Who Are We Looking For?
Do you have experience leading a team to success in the kitchen and want to make a move? Or perhaps you're ready to bring your kitchen management skills to the pub and restaurant business. You should be based within a district, have access to your own vehicle, and be eager to grow your team and achieve targets with the support of a structured training plan.
As a Head Chef in Training, you'll learn how to build a kitchen to be proud of the 'Mitchells & Butlers' way. Most of our Head Chefs in Training are in their own kitchens within 6 months. What Do You Need?
* Experience leading a team and developing a business.
* Current or previous roles such as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager, or manager of an independent business or equivalent.
* Ability to drive to support district operations during training.
