Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Director to join our team and help drive our product vision, strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with the Product and Development teams, CEO and management to deliver impactful features and solutions that directly support users and partners. Responsibilities
Product Planning & Strategy
* Define and communicate overall product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, mission and objectives.
* Monitor market trends, user needs and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Evaluate new product development ideas for financial viability and create business cases to support the ideas.
* Represent Product in senior management, presenting product insights, development ideas and growth opportunities.
* Proactively manage and maintain a feature request system, prioritising based on impact, feasibility and stakeholder input.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new features or enhancements.
* Align cross‑functional teams around a shared product vision and priorities.
* Communicate product strategy and progress clearly and compellingly.
* Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related discussions with management, partners and key stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry events to build strategic partner relationships and gain insights for product innovation.
Delivery & Execution
* Ensure product goals are translated into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
* Work closely with the Development team to ensure a shared understanding of product priorities.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficient, high‑quality development.
* Drive continuous product improvement by analysing adoption, customer feedback and performance metrics.
* Oversee delivery across multiple product streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.
* Set and maintain high standards for usability, accessibility and design quality across all products.
* Lead and mentor the product team, enabling them to deliver polished UI, prototypes and innovative solutions.
* Validate design proposals through user research, testing and iterative feedback.
* Advocate for a user‑centred culture, embedding customer/partner insights into planning and prioritisation.
* Use data‑driven insights and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product‑market fit.
* Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for continuous improvement, including accessibility, sustainability and UX.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar product‑focused role in a software company.
* Ability to define and communicate product vision, aligning with strategy, market trends and customer needs.
* Familiarity with agile working practices and a product development lifecycle.
* Experience working alongside Product, Development, Marketing, Sales and other teams to deliver the best outcomes.
* Skilled in market evaluation and positioning, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps.
Nice To Have (Not Essential)
* Experience with B2B / channel partnerships and partner ecosystems.
* Familiarity with web hosting and telco industries.
* Experience delivering online SaaS products.
* Experience designing UI/UX for a software product with many customers.
* Responsibility for managing team members.
