Internal Account Manager - Existing Accounts
The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, ambitious, confident professional either looking to further develop their career as an Internal Account Manager or someone looking for their first step into the world of professional, B2B sales. Joining our clients dynamic, highly productive Internal Account Management team, you will deliver second to none customer service support to the companies diverse range of customers, who partner with our client to secure the most commercially competitive & sustainable solution for any waste disposal needs they have, whether that be the provision of skips on a construction site, recycling services or disposing of trade waste.
Your day to day will be highly varied and keep you incredibly busy, answering a high volume of enquiries via email & phone from an existing client base, to support the Sales Account Managers in providing an excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your client base will be made up of a variety of commercial businesses & construction companies, dealing with a multitude of different people from within those organisations including Office Managers, Project Managers, Administrators, Site/General Managers, Business Owners/Directors, procurement & Finance Directors.
While this is predominantly an admin/customer service role, you will also be on the look out for any opportunities for the company to upsell and cross sell other services, to pass on to the Sales Account Manager to follow up on.

The Person
4. Previous experience in either customer service, internal sales, or account management.
5. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally.
8. Confident using CRM systems and digital tools.
9. A positive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
10. A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
11. Commutable to Doncaster office 5 days per week
The Package
12. £25,500 - £28,500
13. 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 with length of service
