Associate Account Manager – Software & SaaS Clients
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid Working Available)

We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager (Junior Account Executive) to support our account management team at ClearCourse. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of customer success, client engagement, and commercial growth—with training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to software products and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support senior team members in managing a portfolio of software clients
* Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions
* Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars
* Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback
* Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track client touchpoints
* Monitor basic account health metrics and flag issues to the team
* Contribute to renewal documents and commercial proposals
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to support client conversations
* Assist in distributing marketing content that enhances the customer journey
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A keen interest in technology and SaaS
* Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Teams (or similar tools)
* Experience with CRM platforms is a plus, but not essential
* A team player with a can-do attitude and customer-first mindset
