Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical

Location: Leicester – near Syston
Pay: £56,893.20, with overtime achievable to £60,000 and upwards. Overtime rates: 1.25× Mon–Sat, 1.5× Sun.
Shift: 4‑on/4‑off days and nights (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off). Initially Monday–Friday 9 am – 5 pm before transitions to the shift rota.
Holidays: 21 days.

Overview
With manufacturing facilities worldwide, you will work in an automated production environment involving projects, installations, and both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production downtime.
* Provide technical support for all projects, installations, and breakdowns.
* Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Strong mechanical background maintaining automated machinery in a production environment.
* Experience with installation and project support in a plant setting.
* Commutable from Leicester, Syston, Thurmaston, Loughborough, Coalville and surrounding areas.
