Job Title: Registered Care Manager
Location: North London
Salary: £45,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee our domiciliary care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care team to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Recruit, train, and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to meet organizational goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager in domiciliary care.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous registration with relevant health and social care bodies.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Registered Manager status with relevant health and social care regulatory body.
