Join a market-leading organisation in Belfast as a Category Manager, driving procurement excellence across multiple product and service categories. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional to lead sourcing strategy, optimise supplier performance, and deliver real value. What You'll Do Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals. Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Build and manage supplier relationships to maximise performance and mitigate risk. Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process improvement. Use procurement tools (e.g. Nav, Qliksense) for data-driven decision making. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and corporate governance standards. What You'll Bring Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar. 4 years' experience in procurement or category management. Proven negotiation, supplier management, and cost-optimisation skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using procurement or data tools.
