As the Paid Media Manager, youll take the reins on paid search and paid social campaignsowning strategy, performance, and client relationships. Youll work across full-funnel activity, shaping campaign direction, optimising creative and data, and mentoring two talented Paid Media Executives.

Skills and Experience
* 5+ years experience in Paid Media, with strength in both Search and Social
* Proven success working with eCommerce brands
* Experience managing budgets up to c100k
* Confidence leading client relationships and communicating performance clearly and strategically
* A passion for developing peopleyoull line manage and mentor two Paid Media Execs
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindsetalways looking for whats next
* Previous agency experience is a plus, but not essential
