* UK QTS in Science (or very close to completion)

* Desire and potential to lead an area of the department (curriculum, assessment, enrichment or pastoral)
* 'Good' or 'Outstanding' lesson observations and references from current/previous schools
* Motivated, reflective Teacher who embraces feedback and collaborative working
