We’re looking for a Marketing Business Partner who wants to be at the heart of the action - partnering with our area teams, national sector leads and sales teams to turn marketing into real, measurable growth. This is a role where you’ll see the direct results of your work, from generating employer demand to building lasting partnerships and increasing apprentice starts. You’ll bring national campaigns to life at a local level, shaping activity that genuinely connects with employers. Collaborating with Area Managers and National Sector Leads, you’ll plan targeted campaigns, tailor messaging to local markets and ensure everything lands in a way that’s both on-brand and commercially effective.
Acting as a trusted marketing partner across all regions, you’ll support planning, offer practical insight and help teams turn opportunities into results. Whether it’s promoting programmes, supporting events or developing compelling employer and learner stories, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the market. You’ll also use data and insight to track performance, refine activity and drive continuous improvement - ensuring everything we do supports engagement, pipeline growth and meaningful outcomes.
If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to step into a role where you can genuinely influence growth, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark.
