Description Manage and monitor the credit control process, ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly and professionally. Prepare and distribute financial reports related to outstanding debts and credit risks. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to address payment queries. Support the finance team with administrative tasks related to credit control. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding credit management. Maintain up-to-date records of all credit control activities in the system. Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the accounting and finance department.Profile A successful Senior Credit Control Clerk should have: Experience in credit control or a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
