Lecturer – Health FXT We are looking for a Lecturer in Health, with a specialism in delivering T Level or Level 3 qualifications, to join our Health Care and Early Years team. This is 21 hours per week, fixed term until July 2026 offering a salary of £18,121 to £25,061 per annum. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Carry out formal scheduled teaching Undertake a personal tutor and/or course leader role to groups of students to maintain high achievement rates. Prepare delivery plans, sequenced learning plans and learning materials. Mark students’ work and/or examinations and carry out internal quality assurance. Work as part of the team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programmes, including work placements. Maintain appropriate College and appropriate university records, and the follow the College Quality processes. Participate in self-assessment procedure to monitor and evaluate performance. Carry out student reviews and tutorials. Contribute to curriculum development. Participate in student recruitment to include marketing activities and interviews.
