The role Join our Sales & Marketing team as Sales Administrator on a permanent basis in our Farringdon office. In this role, you will contribute to our high-quality customer service offer with your excellent organisational skills and administrative support to the team, so that sales targets are achieved across our pipeline of London Living Rent, Shared Ownership and Open Market Sale homes. In this role, you will be the first port of call for customers enquiring about our homes for sale, delivering warm, professional support from that very first interaction right through to completion. You will work closely with every member of the sales and marketing team, proactively handling emails and calls, and making sure every deadline is met with exceptional customer care. Day to day, you will own the accuracy and upkeep of our CRM system, updating customer communications, and data reports so that everyone stays informed with the latest information. In addition, you will manage post-completion paperwork, secure final leases, and keep detailed records to track progress as well as raise purchase orders in advance, ensuring costs are logged and payments are requested in line with our procedures. What You'll Need: Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role Understand home ownership tenures including Shared Ownership (desirable) Passion and commitment to excellent customer service Proficient in using SharePoint, MS Teams, and the full MS Office suite.
