About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front, driving sales performance and overseeing the daily operations of the sales team. This role ensures smooth collaboration with our designers, administrators, and surveyors.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Drive sales by engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best solutions. Play a key role in closing contracts and achieving sales targets.
* Build strong relationships from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
* Review and refine sales processes regularly to stay ahead of competitors and adapt to market changes.
* Support and inspire your team through training initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
* Report and analyze sales performance, margins, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
