An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Orrell, Greater Manchester. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the care team within the home.
* Ensure that staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional care to residents.
* Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise effectively.
* Instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the home.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
* Self‑motivated, resilient and well‑organised.
* Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
* Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the home.
* Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly.

Salary: £18,158.40 per annum (or £14.55 per hour). This is a permanent part‑time role, 24 hours per week on days.
