We are seeking a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with learning difficulties in a mainstream primary school in Perry Common, Birmingham. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a pupil's education and personal development.
The Role
* Providing tailored 1:1 support for a child with additional learning needs.
* Assisting with both academic progress and social development.
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement strategies and support plans.
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement in the classroom.
* Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

* Experience working with children, ideally in a 1:1 or SEN capacity.
* Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to learning.
* The ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
