Store Manager - Wolverhampton Store
Base salary of £26,000, with the potential to earn up to £40,000 with On Target Earnings. You will help us achieve our vision by engaging the team, inspiring them, and ensuring our customers find the bed that suits them best!
The Role - Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team. You will play a key role in driving our business forward by setting an example, engaging and inspiring your team, and providing excellent customer advice to ensure they choose the right bed for their needs.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Managing all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are maintained.
2. Ensuring adequate staffing, resources, and product availability; driving sales; controlling costs; and protecting profit. Leading by example in achieving sales targets, coaching your team, and motivating them on business objectives.
3. Using our SleepPRO technology to help customers select the right mattress, building rapport, and advising on sleep wellness.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process, completing order paperwork, and credit agreements (full training provided).
You will work closely with your colleagues to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. We offer extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed, progress, and build your career.
In return, we offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped individual commission paid monthly once sales targets are met.
On target earnings approximately £40,000, with no upper earning limit beyond that!
Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You may be required to work some of these hours, but we promote work-life balance.
The role involves moving products and some cleaning tasks to maintain store and product condition.
