Production Manager – Food Manufacturing
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £46-50K + 25 days holiday, pension (up to 8%), parking.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
Are you an experienced Production Manager from a food manufacturing background looking for an exciting and varied, day‑based role for one of the UK’s leading Food Manufacturing Companies? This role would suit someone from a food background looking to progress to a larger operation, or an applicant with food production management experience who wants a day‑based role.
The Role
* Full‑time permanent day‑based role with a large food manufacturer.
* Maintain and uphold standards of health and safety, quality, discipline, food hygiene, communication and employee relations.
* Develop, train and motivate staff, including managing staff timetables to ensure the production area runs efficiently.
* Advise, recommend and implement any improvement to work methods which could improve productivity, performance or economy of operation.
The Person
* Production management experience in a food manufacturing business.
* Lean Manufacturing experience.
* Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification.
